TR Fit Policy Updates

We encourage all members and non-members to opt-in to receive all email notifications regarding account management, schedule updates, news and promos, including TR Fit Class bookings and policy updates. You can manage your email notifications here by clicking My Account on the booking calendar and logging in.

Please be advised that if you choose not to opt-in to receive email notifications, policies are also updated on our website and will be adhered to regardless.

COVID-19

Masks are required to be worn until further notice. During cardio masks can be pulled down. We will continue to follow the CDC guideline recommendations of Governor Carney. We want everyone to remain healthy and safe while still achieving their fitness goals.

TR Fit Classes

TR Fit Classes are 60 minute workouts focusing on Power, Cardio and Core. All workouts are beginner friendly.

Each class is $15 for non-members.

Saturday classes are available to book every Thursday at 9:00pm.

Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before class. The gym doors will be locked 5 minutes prior to your class start time. Masks are required to be worn upon entry.

TR Fit Classes are non-refundable. TR Fit Classes are also non-transferable if your booking is not cancelled 2 hours or more prior to your scheduled class time. Any cancellation less than 2 hours before your scheduled class is considered a late cancel and will be assessed a fee of $15 for ALL TR Fit members and the loss of the late cancelled class for non-members.

TR Fit Memberships

We suggest that everyone experience a TR Fit Class and discusses their fitness goals with one of our coaches before signing up for a membership. All TR Fit members must remain a member in their current contract for six (6) months before requesting the change to upgrade or downgrade their existing membership. We ask that all members give a 30 day notice before any changes are made.

Waitlist

The way the waitlist works is if anyone cancels their booking for the class that you booked and were waitlisted for, a spot will become available and be given to the next person(s) on the waiting list. If that is you, you will receive a email and/or text message confirming that you have been added to the class from the waiting list.

If you do not receive that email prior to scheduled class time, we still encourage you to show up to the class because someone may not show up and a spot for you may become available.

If you are added from the waiting list and do not show up for the class, you will be late cancelled. If you are on the waiting list and do not plan on showing up, please cancel 60 minutes or more prior to your schedule class time.

Refund Policy

TR Fit Club Classes

TR Fit Classes are non-refundable. TR Fit Classes are also non-transferable, if your booking is not cancelled 2 hours or more prior to your scheduled class time. Any cancellation less than 2 hours before your scheduled class is considered a late cancel and will be assessed a fee of $20 for TR Fit Unlimited members and the loss of the late cancelled class for TR Fit 1,2, and 3 members and non-members.

The Total Resistance
When you purchase your Total Resistance, we are confident that you will be satisfied with all it has to offer. We are so confident that we offer a 14 day Money Back Guarantee. That’s right! If you are still not satisfied after 14 days of receiving your TR you can get a full refund back as long as the condition when it is returned passes our inspection. Please email us, prior to returning your TR.
